West Palm Beach Probate Attorney

Statewide Probate regularly handles probate cases in West Palm Beach, Delray Beach, Boca Raton and all the other cities in Palm Beach County, Florida’s third largest county.

The clerks and probate judges in Palm Beach County are fairly responsive, especially compared to other large county court systems. Staff review is usually within 7 to 10 days, and court approval once all requirements are met can be soon after that. Circuit judges rotate in and out of probate as in most counties, but in recent years we have not encountered the need to educate a “new judge” in probate.

Neighboring counties such as Martin, Okeechobee, Hendry, Glades and St. Lucie are smaller, some very small in population. We handle probate estates in all counties, and sometimes the smaller counties can be the fastest ones in terms of response time. All Florida courts are now on the electronic filing system, and neither the executor nor the estate attorney have to physically go to court in most cases.
