Bruce A. McDonald is the senior attorney
at Statewide Probate®, which is a service of
the McDonald, Fleming, Moorhead law firm in Pensacola, Florida (www.pensacolalaw.com).
Bruce was raised in Mobile, Alabama, and has a journalism degree
from the University of Florida and a law degree from Florida
State University. He was admitted to practice law in Florida in
1978, and after working for the Florida Legislature and the
Florida Supreme Court began practicing law in 1981. In the years
following he has handled a variety of legal matters, especially
business law and probate. |

William A. “Bill” Bond is a tax attorney with
McDonald Fleming
Moorhead who assists primarily in estates with federal
estate tax obligations or other special challenges. Before
joining the firm, Bill practiced for a number of years in
Texas after getting his L.L.M. (masters degree in tax law)
from Southern Methodist University and his law degree from
Cumberland School of Law in Alabama. Bill enjoys the
challenge of keeping up with our unpredictable and
ever-changing federal tax laws, and also practices in estate
planning, corporate law and related areas.

Kathlyn M. White is an associate with
our firm practicing in the areas of real estate and probate
law. Katie is a Pensacola native who attended
Birmingham-Southern College and obtained her law degree from
Louisiana State University (LSU). She recently passed the
Alabama Bar examination and is admitted to practice in
Alabama as well as Florida. Katie is a member of the Board
of Trustees of the Community Maritime Park, an exciting
downtown revitalization project in Pensacola. |

Judy Williamson is a probate legal
assistant of Statewide Probate. She grew up in the
suburbia of Detroit, Michigan. She holds a degree from
Pensacola Junior College, having also attended Broward
Community College in Fort Lauderdale and Oakland Community
College in Birmingham, Michigan. She has worked as an
administrative assistant, judicial assistant and legal
assistant over the span of 30+ years, over which time she
has gained valuable experience and knowledge of Florida’s
probate procedural requirements. She loves helping people
and solving problems. She is a Univ. of Michigan and Univ.
of Alabama fan (having married into an Alabama family).

Sharon B. Goshorn, CLA
Sharon received her degree as a paralegal at Pensacola Junior
College (PJC) with a specialty in probate and estate
administration. She later obtained the professional designation
of Certified Paralegal from the National Association of Legal
Assistants. She has experience in probate, guardianship, civil
and commercial litigation, and medical malpractice. Sharon
serves on the Advisory Council for the Legal Assisting program
at PJC and serves as Vice President for the Northwest Florida
Paralegal Association. She is active in civic organizations and
in her “spare” time, Sharon enjoys spending time with her two
sons, Brad and Joey.
