Other Professional Fees

In taxable estates, there will always be other professional fees. A tax consultant (usually a CPA) is required, as our legal services do not include tax advice or assistance with federal or state tax returns. 

Generally, a professional appraiser’s services will be required if there is real estate or a closely held business stock in a taxable estate, and sometimes they are required in non-taxable estates. The amount of these fees depend upon the professionals hired and the services rendered.
